1. Acceptance of Terms1. قبول الشروط

By downloading, installing, or using Vitarix ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the App.

بتحميلك أو تثبيتك أو استخدامك لـ Vitarix ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط"). إذا كنت لا توافق على جميع هذه الشروط، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

2. Description of Service2. وصف الخدمة

Vitarix is a wellness and fitness tracking application that provides:

3. Eligibility3. الأهلية

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• We do not sell your personal data to third partiesلا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة

6. Vitarix Pro Subscription6. اشتراك Vitarix Pro

Vitarix offers a free tier and a paid subscription called Vitarix Pro. Details of what is included in each tier are described on our website and within the App.

Billing and auto-renewal: Vitarix Pro subscriptions are billed through the platform you purchased from (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime from your App Store or Play Store account settings.

الفواتير والتجديد التلقائي: تُفوتر اشتراكات Vitarix Pro من خلال المنصة التي اشتريت منها (Apple App Store أو Google Play Store). تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا في نهاية كل فترة فوترة ما لم تلغِ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من تاريخ التجديد. يمكنك إدارة وإلغاء الاشتراكات في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب متجر التطبيقات أو متجر Play.

Free trial: If you start a free trial, you will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before then. No refunds are provided for partial trial periods.

الفترة التجريبية المجانية: إذا بدأت فترة تجريبية مجانية، سيتم تحصيل الرسوم عند انتهاء الفترة التجريبية ما لم تلغِ قبل ذلك. لا يتم تقديم استرداد للفترات التجريبية الجزئية.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect on your next billing cycle. We will notify you in advance before any price change takes effect.

تغييرات الأسعار: قد نغير أسعار الاشتراك في أي وقت. ستصبح أي تغييرات في الأسعار سارية في دورة الفوترة التالية. سنخطرك مسبقًا قبل أي تغيير في السعر.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by the platform provider (Apple or Google) according to their respective refund policies. Vitarix does not directly process refunds for subscription purchases.

8. Health and Fitness Disclaimer8. إخلاء مسؤولية الصحة واللياقة البدنية

• The App is designed for general fitness tracking and wellness awarenessالتطبيق مصمم لتتبع اللياقة العامة والوعي بالعافية
• Content provided by the App does not constitute medical adviceالمحتوى المقدم من التطبيق لا يشكل نصيحة طبية
• You should consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition programيجب استشارة مقدم رعاية صحية قبل البدء في أي برنامج تمارين أو تغذية
• You assume all risk associated with your use of any fitness or nutrition informationأنت تتحمل جميع المخاطر المرتبطة باستخدامك لأي معلومات لياقة أو تغذية

9. Prohibited Uses9. الاستخدامات المحظورة

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entityانتحال شخصية شخص أو كيان آخر

10. Intellectual Property10. الملكية الفكرية

• The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Vitarixالتطبيق، بما في ذلك تصميمه ورمزه ورسوماته ومحتواه، مملوك لـ Vitarix

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the preceding 12 monthsلا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق في الـ 12 شهرًا السابقة

13. Modifications to Terms13. تعديلات على الشروط

14. Governing Law14. القانون الحاكم

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
